Launch of new GCI services

During the latter part of 2021 GCI has been investigating how to better disseminate knowledge and expand beyond the current combinable crops and potatoes subject matters, to add more value to clients. With substantial changes to agricultural policy being implemented from 2022, we will be offering two new bolt-on modules to support knowledge and decision making. These are Soils and Natural Capital each charged at £500.

The first meeting for the Soils module is scheduled for 27th January. Current clients are invited to attend this event as a taster of what will be available to sign up for. A program of monthly online seminars and quarterly half day sessions will be available thereafter for subscribers.

Natural Capital will focus on SFI and ELMS during 2022, and quarterly in person meetings will be scheduled in the coming weeks.

Both of these bolt-on modules will be available for clients who subscribe to either the Combinable Crops or Potato Modules. All presentation materials will be available for subscribers on the Green Crop Information website.

To register interest in subscribing to these bolt-on modules, please email

See the Events section for a link to a leaflet giving more details of the new services.
